We will trace back and copy all deeds associated with your home and hand them over to you for further research. We will also provide a brief explanation of the history of your home with  a printed timeline of all the past owners with names, dates and values if available in the deeds.

 We will provide you with a comprehensive detailed history of your home. This will include not only information on your home, but also the families that lived there. We will  uncover the stories related to your property including the surrounding area. All findings will be bound in a custom made hard cover book.
